St. John’s Hospital situated in the beautiful high range centre, Kattappana, was founded in the year 1969 by Rev. Bro. Forthunathus Thanhauser. The institution, managed by the Hospitaller Brothers of St. John of God, today has grown to a tertiary level 300 bedded multi- speciality hospital, with sixteen clinical disciplines. Being the only tertiary level referral centre, in this area, our institution is empowered with a team of talented specialists in all sectors dedicated in providing quality and speciality health care. Moreover the institution provides free treatment / financial aids to the poor and needy sections of the society.
